Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

I think my nose is crookedㅜ

I’m now one month after revision rhinoplasty. I think the nasal tip is slightly crooked. Is that right? I told the consultant, and they said it isn’t that the nose is crooked, but that the autologous dermis seems to have been absorbed. But doesn’t that mean the nose became crooked because the autologous dermis was absorbed? The materials used were autologous costal cartilage, autologous dermis, and silicone. I’m also curious whether, for A/S, you usually have to pay anesthesia fees or pay more money. For my first surgery, I had revision surgery because the silicone was crooked, but it’s crooked again, so this is really hard.
