My large, wide nose was a complex for me, so in 2018 I had nasal silicone 3 mm, ear cartilage at the nasal tip, and nose reduction surgery. It’s been 6 years now. Compared with my old nose, I do like my current nose much more, but I also feel anxious about inflammation, and now I have a pimple on my nasal tip, and for some reason it feels like it might be inflammation ㅜㅜ If I’m going to be this anxious, I wonder if it would be better to remove it. It would be better to go to the hospital where I originally had the surgery, right? If I remove the silicone, what happens to the nasal tip? If I only remove the silicone, about how much would it cost? What is the recovery period? I’m not too keen on revision surgery …

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
