The reason I want removal is simply aesthetics, a foreign-body sensation, or just personal reasons because I want to go back to my original nose. The cost difference matters too, but I keep thinking the original surgery clinic would know my case best. On the other hand, I also wonder whether a removal specialist would be better at cartilage repositioning and handling the repair. Usually, I think people go to removal specialists because the original surgery clinic isn’t cooperative or too much time has passed, but in my case, the original clinic said they would do enough for me. What do people here think?
