After my first nose surgery, my nose shape looks obviously artificial to anyone, the silicone is deviated to the right, the nasal tip cartilage shows through white, and instead of feeling like flesh, I can directly feel hard cartilage, like a foreign-body sensation, and so on. I'm struggling in many ways During my first surgery, they used 4 mm silicone, septal cartilage, and donated costal cartilage, and after barely enduring 6 months, I'm thinking of full removal next month. Right now I've booked ㄱㅇㅅ, ㅅㅇ, ㅊㅁ, ㅍㄹㅁ like this, but I think I may not be able to go to ㅊㅁ because consultations are very backed up. After full removal, many side effects like depression, upturning, collapse, abnormal shape, etc.…
