15 years ago, I had surgery to put silicone only in my nasal bridge. But as a lot of time passed, it started showing through, and it just looks obvious, like, “I have an artificial nose,” especially in natural light and photos. So I’m thinking of removing it, but since I don’t have any other complications, if I don’t remove the capsule, could it cause problems later when I get nose filler after removal?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
