It’s not the nasal tip; the skin on my nasal bridge has gotten thinner, so the silicone kind of shows through like chalk, as people say. Other than it being noticeable on the outside and bothering me personally, what problems could happen if I don’t get surgery? A lot of people seem to get removal or revision because of this, and I’m in that situation now, so I’m curiousㅜㅜ Please tell me
