I've lived with an L-shaped silicone implant and ear cartilage for 12 years. I lived being fairly satisfied with my face, but lately the foreign-body sensation feels strong, my nasal tip feels tight, and pimples have appeared, so I'm looking into full removal. But people around me say that if I do full removal, I might feel a reality check, so I should look into revision surgery. My original nose was small and short. I'm also scared of putting silicone in again and using rib cartilage too. How is it after full removal? Everyone, please comment
