When I had my first surgery, I only used silicone and ear cartilage, but this time for revision surgery, they said they would correct my bulbous nose and deviated nose as well, so the estimate came out high. I decided to use costal cartilage, but there was about a 2 million won difference between donated costal cartilage and autologous costal cartilage. Can everyone tell me which one you recommend? Usually they recommend autologous costal cartilage for revision surgery, but among people who had revision surgery, what did you use?
