I posted a similar question before too, sorry Next week I’m having complete removal surgery, and if I only think about what feels easiest on my mind, I want to remove everything, but if I think about the shape, I want to leave the septal cartilage in. For my first surgery I had septal extension and columella reduction. The hospitals I visited said that even if everything is removed there shouldn’t be any side effects, but there’s always that possibility… And I also had a little bit of septal bone removed, so it shows on CT too In the end, what I’m wondering is: 1 Does “columella deviation” simply mean that the columella moves inward externally, or does it mean contracture…
