I didn't know there were clinics specializing in removal ㅋㅋ While going around consultations for revision nose surgery, I had silicone removed at a revision surgery clinic and had autologous costal cartilage put into the nasal tip. It's been about two months, and I think it turned out okay, naturally. Maybe I was unlucky with the surgery, but a columellar step-off did happen, so they said they'd redo only the columella. At first I was really angry, but after looking at the before photos, I understand it and I'm just going to get only the columellar step-off corrected againㅜ If you're only removing silicone, I think it doesn't necessarily have to be a removal-specialized clinic. This much isn't bad, right? The nasal tip is still a bit bulbous, but it should get slimmer, rightㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
