Nose Re-Surgery

I’m looking into revision rhinoplasty, and it’s scary

I got rhinoplasty when I was young and didn’t know anything, and I’ve just lived with it for over ten years, but recently I’ve started thinking about revision surgery.

1. I thought it looked fairly natural, but when I saw recent photos, I was shocked because it looked so unnatural and obvious. I keep going back and forth endlessly between thinking, “How did I live like nothing was wrong?” and then looking in the mirror at home and thinking it doesn’t look bad lol, it’s okay. 2. Other people wouldn’t know just by looking from the outside, but when I put my hand inside my nose and touch it, the inside of the bridge is crooked and there’s a cracked area. There’s no immediate problem right now, but I’m scared it might cause problems later. 3. When I had my nose surgery, I also had paranasal augmentation done, but one side has shifted downward, so the gum and jaw on that side have also changed shape. When I’m not feeling well, the lowered paranasal implant, that side of my jaw, and my head feel heavy and painful.

I haven’t had major complaints until now, but I wanted to have revision rhinoplasty so it could be safer, healthier, and more natural, and I wanted to remove the paranasal augmentation.

I’ve been searching hard for a while, but as much as I see successful cases, I also see cases with side effects, so I’m thinking a lot... Should I just stop at being grateful that there’s no major problem right now? I get scared that I might cause trouble by being needlessly greedy, then I see other people getting through it well and start looking into it again, over and over... I’m so anxious and depressed
