Has anyone had their nasal tip lowered by removing ear cartilage? What I’m wondering right now is whether the nostrils becoming straight vertical lines is because of the ear cartilage or because it was tied too high. For those who lowered it by removing only the ear cartilage that was placed on top, did the 11-shaped nostrils improve? Did the pinched look or pointed nasal tip soften and spread out into a rounder shape?
