My nose ended up looking too long, so I had an AS/revision consultation. First, they said to lower the starting point between the eyes... The nasal tip/columella has come down and looks like an arrow, so I want to raise it a bit But the doctor said that if they rotate the nasal tip upward to make the nose look shorter, the nostrils will become even longer vertically?? Is that true? (I already hate that my nostrils look long right now, so I asked them to lower the bridge and nasal tip height.)
When the doctor says “rotate it upward,” I think they’re talking about the nasolabial angle,, but is that the same as raising a lowered columella?? If they rotate it up too much, I feel like it’ll look like an upturned nose I don’t know if I’m not understanding... or if we’re miscommunicating... If anyone knows well, please tell me~~ And what should I do when I get the AS/revision
