I had surgery with silicone and ear cartilage 10 years ago, and compared with old photos, it feels like my nose has gradually lifted. It doesn’t look strange to the naked eye or like a typical nose with contracture, but when I compare it with my old photos, the nasal tip has gotten slightly higher. I haven’t had any pain or inflammation during that time, but I’m worried that this might be part of contracture. Also, my original nose was not an upturned nose. I’m waiting for consultations with the three major removal clinics, and I went to ㅍㄹㅁ last week, where I was told either to do total removal or to do septal extension together too. But I heard it in such an ambiguous way, and the consultation ended in a rush…
