I had a natural-looking surgery with 2 mm silicone and septal cartilage, but my skin is so, so thin that things show through. I thought the silicone showing through was something I’d just have to accept, and I more or less got used to the foreign-body sensation, but the septal cartilage is showing through too. If it shows even though I raised it this little, I feel like revision surgery or dermis, or lowering the nasal tip, would just repeat the same problem, so I want a complete removal ㅜㅜ I don’t have any other issues like inflammation, but if I remove it anyway, will it still lift up and stuff? ㅜ My first surgery was in January this year.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
