I had my first surgery in 2018 and only used silicone and ear cartilage. The cartilage is showing through, the nasal tip is red, I feel a foreign-body sensation, and honestly everything is a problem, but what feels most serious to me right now is that I can't breathe ㅜㅜ Also, after the surgery, I get pimples only around my nose really often. I've booked consultations at ㅅㅅㅇ, ㅅㅇ, ㅊㅁ, and ㅍㄹㅁ, and I hope they say total removal is possible. Please. I don't care about the shape or whatever anymore, I just want everything taken out now. Seeing that the cartilage shows through too, I don't think it's necessarily safe no matter what ㅜㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
