I'm kind of debating whether it would be better to remove the silicone first, or to remove it and do reconstruction at the same time. Maybe it's because the silicone was placed high, but there's some tightness, and sometimes the foreign-body sensation feels pretty severe ㅠㅠ I was going to just ignore it and live with it, but I can't ignore it. For nasal implant removal, I see ㅍㄹㅁ, ㅅㅅㅇ, ㅂㅇㅇ, and ㅅㅇ a lot, so I'm thinking of going. Has anyone here had a consultation there?
