2 years ago, I used septal cartilage to raise only the nasal tip, but I still have a slight hump-like feel, so I’m looking into it again! Has anyone in a case like mine seen enough results with things like nasal tip cartilage tying or repositioning?? Are things like cartilage tying only possible during the first surgery..??

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
