I had revision rhinoplasty 10 years ago, and among several issues, I have a dent on the nasal dorsum, so I’m going around for consultations. They explained two possible solutions, so I’m torn. 1. Reposition the silicone again. 2. Cover the depressed area with auricular cartilage to reinforce it. Most recommended option 1, but an extremely safety-focused hospital recommended option 2, so I’m really torn. If anyone here has had a nasal dorsum dent issue handled well, could you tell me what you did?
