1. First surgery - Gore-Tex + septal cartilage + ear cartilage = Result: not much changed
2. Second surgery - left the Gore-Tex on the nasal bridge as it was, and only extended the nasal tip and columella more (with ear cartilage) + also had alar reduction at the same time Result: The result was better than the first surgery, but the before-and-after difference wasn’t huge..
