I’m looking into revision surgery because of a step-off on the nasal bridge, but I’m scared there might be complications even after surgery, so I’m also wondering if it would be difficult to do it without an implant. Are there cases where the nose was augmented without an implant? If anyone is in a similar situation to me, or if your revision surgery was successful, could you share?
