Today is day 4 since I had surgery with autologous rib cartilage, and the side profile is smooth and pretty, but from the front… I look like a proboscis monkey, my philtrum looks so long and my nostrils are way too visible.. Since it’s autologous rib cartilage, I’m worried it won’t come down, but as time passes, will it gradually come down a little..?ㅠㅠㅜㅜㅜㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
