Hospital 1 said that after removing Silitex, we should shape it with autologous dermis, so I went to Hospital 2 and said I wanted to build up the nasal bridge with autologous dermis after removal and have the nasal tip made with ear cartilage. Both places use the same materials and surgical method, but I’m torn Hospital 1 has a director who is too young, and the consultant’s nose is a style I don’t prefer. But the director seems attentive.
