My contracture was very severe, so I had revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage. Has anyone perhaps had it removed again? I’m worried the nasal tip might shrivel up. The nasal tip is getting red, seems like it’s showing through, and it feels a bit tingly, so I’m worried it might be inflammation ㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
