Because I had a retracted columella, I’m wondering if anyone had columellar extension or columella lowering and then had it removed. Does it go back to being retracted again? Has anyone become more retracted, or less retracted than their original nose?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
