Has anyone had revision rhinoplasty after autologous dermis?ㅠㅠ The shape looks strange, like the nasal tip is lifted… Would it be possible to revise only the nasal tip? If anyone has gone through the same process as me, please share some information I’m thinking about revision surgery because I’m afraid of being photographedㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
