I had rhinoplasty in a local area and even had a revision surgery. My original nose was short, and on top of that I developed inflammation, so currently, after removing the implant, about 1 year has passed and it is in a stable state. However, an indentation has developed at the nasal tip, and this part is the biggest headache. I need to undergo a third rhinoplasty, but I don’t have information on which places are good at revision surgery, so I’d like recommendations. I’ve had consultations at 2 places, and they mentioned using donated costal cartilage or autologous costal cartilage, using dermal tissue, etc. The procedure details are similar, but the prices differ quite a lot…
