I had surgery with donor costal cartilage instead of autologous costal cartilage, and the tip of my nose has dropped. I’m thinking about revision surgery because I feel a foreign-body sensation in the bridge of my nose. If silicone can’t be used in the bridge, do they use rib cartilage or cartilage instead? I’m a bit burdened by going as far as autologous costal cartilage, and I’m thinking of a method where donor costal cartilage is layered and inserted. It seems like the places that can do that are mainly G&G and Alyou, and I see a lot of people going to Nose Lab for non-implant surgery. What do you think?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
