I’m planning to do it at Sㅅㅇ, which people call one of the top 3 for removal. The director said that if a step-off forms at the nasal tip, they may remove the nasal tip too, and if there’s no step-off, they’ll leave it as is. But I used 4 mm silicone, so a nasal tip step-off will definitely form. Then either way it’s a full removal, but I don’t have a severely contracted nose, it just looks slightly upturned. Is this place good at lowering the nostrils? I’ve been looking at reviews all day and I feel like I’m going crazy.
