Complete silicone removal?

I have a 20-year-old straight silicone implant, and contracture has set in. I had the nasal tip removed before, so there’s nothing there now. I have a piggy nose ㅠ I’m looking into hospitals for revision surgery. Which method would be best? 1 Remove the silicone 2 Remove the silicone + lower the nasal tip with ear cartilage 3 Remove the silicone + autologous dermis for the nasal bridge + ear cartilage for the nasal tip 4 Remove the silicone + nasal tip with septal cartilage/ear cartilage/donated costal cartilage Honestly, I don’t have any more ambitions for my nose now. I just want to live comfortably without inflammation. I’m desperately hoping this surgery will be my last. Which number would be right?
