My nasal bridge was originally high, but while exercising I bumped into something and the bridge of my nose completely collapsed. So it didn’t look good aesthetically, and my rhinitis got worse, so I vaguely went ahead with functional nose surgery outside Seoul. I think they shaved down the hump a little and placed a thin layer of Gore-Tex. If I remove this and have revision surgery, would an implant be better, or would donated costal cartilage be better? ㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
