I’m planning to remove the silicone and lower the nasal tip so that no step-off forms, and I’m curious how much the cost would be. If anyone here has done it this way, I’d appreciate it if you could share the clinic and cost

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
