It’s only day 7, so the swelling between my eyebrows makes me look like an Avatar and the swelling is bad lolol But I wanted a natural look where it doesn’t look obvious I had surgery, so for people who prefer a dramatic look, it might be like, “Why did you even do it..?” haha When I went around to tons of clinics, I heard opinions like, “It won’t improve much,” “It won’t change much, so don’t touch it unnecessarily,” and so on, so I went into it without high expectations.. I’m so satisfied even with this difference right nowㅜ The issues that got better include: my nasal tip had drooped, making my nose look long + because the skin on my nasal bridge is thin, the bridge looked too narrow and delicate + the silicone started from a slightly high point, making my nose look long + one side looked pinched, so my nostrils were uneven + because of the reasons above, my midface looked long and so on! I like my nasal bridge and nasal tip right now, so I just hope the swelling goes down well like this and it doesn’t droop, please..
익명 Good, good. Still, I’m glad it turned out well in a way you like..!
냥냥1 [@] My conditions weren’t good, so I think this was the best result possible within those conditionsㅜㅜ lolol Thank you!
운돌이 Wow, I think it turned out so well, I’m jealousㅠㅠ By any chance, how much silicone did you use at first, and what did you change it to?? My skin is thin too, and because of the silicone it feels too narrow and delicate, so I’m planning to change itㅠㅠ
냥냥1 [@운돌이] As far as I know, the silicone height went in the same!! My original nose was really, really low, so even though it’s 4.5, it looks like that lololol I don’t remember the first nose surgery, but for the revision, the director said he would either keep it the same or go lower, and he said he did 4.5!! He suggested placing dermis to improve the issue of it looking too narrow, you know?? I think it’s thanks to that dermis!
운돌이 [@냥냥1] Oh, you used dermis!! This is seriously the nose I wantㅠㅠ I’m so jealous... By any chance, what did you do for the nasal tip during the revision? Did you add more material? I also want to fix my drooping nasal tip, but I don’t want to increase the heightㅠㅠ
냥냥1 [@운돌이] For the nasal tip, I originally had septal cartilage + ear cartilage, but a lot of time had passed so it drooped, and they rebuilt it with donated costal cartilage!!! Did you use septal cartilage??

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I’m deciding between Asan and RU! Has anyone had surgery at Asan?ˀ̣
My nose had inflammation, so everything has been removed, and I think there’s still a little inflammation left. Considering that, I feel like Asan might be the right choice, but I’m so torn because I don’t know if the shape will turn out pr
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Can contracture also occur with implant-free autologous costal cartilage?
