What is the reason people say their breathing passage became narrower after rhinoplasty? Even if you raise the nose, silicone is placed on top of the bone, right? And even if the nasal tip is lifted or the cartilages are tied, it just makes the horizontal width of the nostrils narrower and the vertical width wider, right? But I don't really understand when people say the nasal valve becomes narrower or the inside of the nose becomes narrower. I'm also suffering from nasal obstruction after rhinoplasty right now, so I'm considering removal. But no matter how much I think about it, I wonder whether implants placed externally can also narrow the internal breathing passage of the nose …
