Because of the silicone, my midface looks long and my nose looks too sharp, so I want to remove only the silicone and revise the nasal tip without an implant, matching it to how much the nasal bridge lowers. Has anyone done it like this? And I’m curious what kinds of side effects could occur if I do this.
