It’s been about 10 years since my first rhinoplasty, but my nasal tip has drooped too much, so I’m getting a revision this time.. We decided to use autologous costal cartilage, but people say it hurts so much, so I’m scared to death ㅠㅠ They say it depends on the person, but it seems like there are more people who say it hurts... I’m doing autologous costal cartilage thinking this will be my last surgery, so this must be the right choice, right? ㅠㅠ..

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
