Cartilage protruding after nose removal

I saw a review saying that after total removal, cartilage protruded on the columella side, and they said the reason was that the alar cartilage lacked strength. Since I had tip surgery while undergoing septal deviation surgery and nasal valve reconstruction with spreader grafting, I think a lot of septal cartilage was harvested. I’m considering removal because the nasal tip cartilage is protruding, but I’m debating whether I should do total removal including the strut, or leave the strut in.
