I narrowed it down to two clinics. If I do it at ㅅㅇ, it would definitely be complete removal, but nasal valve reconstruction would not be removed x the shape would spread back to my old nose. But the consultant said that if a step-off occurs as a side effect, they would supplement it by putting in filler or something like thatㅠ I hadn’t even considered filler or anything like thatㅠㅠ At ㅇㄱㅈㅇㅇㅂ, their opinion is to leave the septal support strut, trim the ear cartilage, and do revision surgery. They would reflect the nose shape I want, because I have a columellar scar, and they said there is a possibility the columella was cut during my first surgery, so if everything is removed, the columella may not come down to my original nose, and then the shape would become strange …
