It is a bad case. I had everything removed after just 20 days because of inflammation from rhinoplasty, but fluid built up again around the suture area, so it was drained. After that, columellar retraction developed in that area, so from the side view the columella is not visible at all, and from the front view the columella is set back compared with the nostril wings and is asymmetrical on a diagonal. It’s so hard. Even before nose surgery, I often heard that my nose was pretty, and people even asked if I had gotten surgery, so I don’t know why I touched my nose and ended up spending these hopeless days. Every single day is so depressing.
