I’m going around for removal consultations because of foreign-body sensation from a septal extension and support strut at the nasal tip that are over 10 years old, excessive pointiness, and cartilage show-through. The place I had a consultation at today was said, by word of mouth, to be somewhere removal patients quietly go to, so I made a reservation. They didn’t take a CT scan; the consultation started after the doctor lightly touched my nasal tip once. There was almost no waiting time. They said the director dislikes crowded, noisy environments. Since it’s been a long time since my surgery, I don’t have my surgical records or the photos taken at the clinic before surgery. They said without those, the consultation is limited. Since there are no materials, it’s difficult to answer precisely about the outcome of removal surgery…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
