Hello. This is my first post since joining. Mine wasn’t just a low nose bridge, it was a truly flat, wide nose, so my glasses would keep sliding down.. So after deciding on surgery I had only the bridge done with Gore-Tex about 15 years ago. Then, because the implant was showing through, I had revision surgery 2 weeks ago with silicone + septal cartilage + ear cartilage.. Originally I wasn’t even thinking about the nose tip and went around only for consultations, but when they said that if I did the tip too then my protruding mouth would look less prominent.. (I’ve always been bothered by my mouth looking protruded) I got tempted and did the tip as well. But after the surgery.. My protruding mouth did improve, but I’m also unhappy with the nose shape (the tip is too pointy) and the foreign-body feeling is uncomfortable.. More than anything, the thought that some complication might come one day is making this so, so hard...... I wish I could just go back to my original nose even if I end up looking uglier, and live without worrying about all this ㅠㅠ Are there maybe others like me...?
모모모니 But since swelling in the early stage can keep going down for more than 6 months, how about waiting a bit longer before deciding?
woo141204 [@MomoMoni] The hospital also said I should wait up to 6 months, so I am going to wait! But the problem is that it seems like something like cartilage is visible near the tip.. Right now, more than the shape, I just want to remove it as soon as possible and live without this worry..! Looking at my old photos, even my ugly old nose looks cute to me now..;;
기무람 I feel like I almost never see revision surgery done by the same hospital turn out well..
woo141204 [@Gimuram] Me too.. No matter how I think about it, I feel like going to a hospital specializing in removal would be best ~! Thanks!
민지야코코 Me too.. I'm on day 11 and I really don't like my nose line.. I'm thinking about revision.. It's still early, but I don't think it will change much anyway. Since revision or aftercare is possible only after 6 months, I'll wait 6 months and watch it, and if I still don't like it, I'll probably go straight into revision.. at a hospital with a more natural line ㅠㅠ..
woo141204 [@Minjiya Coco] Wishing you the best! I’m leaning much more toward full removal now.. I’ve grown to hate myself for worrying over this so much, so I feel like I should just live as I am.
민지야코코 [@woo141204] I seriously thought about everything too, like early correction, early removal, AS, revision surgery, all of it ㅜㅜ But removal is still surgery in the end, and if you open up the nose several times in a short period, I think that could be a strain too, so I’d probably do AS or removal or revision surgery after 6 months.. I guess I’ll have to wear a mask for 6 months .. You should think it through carefully too and go for it!!
woo141204 [@MinjiyaKoko] Right ㅜ I was thinking about removing it early too, but now I’ve decided to wait calmly and just have it removed after 6 months^^ Six months will pass quickly, right? ㅎㅎ
성형의초보 I really can only say, hang in there..

- Review: I’m seriously super satisfied right now - Contracture phase: I don’t even know if it has come yet; I still don’t know whether it hasn’t come or already did (about a week ago, my nose was hard for 2-3 days... maybe that was it..)-
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I was quoted 23 million won... is this right...
I got quoted 23 million won at OO for all autologous costal cartilage.. They say it would be 18 million if I write a review ㅠㅠ Is this right? Since I have a history of 3 surgeries if I include the AS revision, I expected it to be in the ten

It seems like ㅊㅁ does removals regardless of the timing. Has anyone here had a removal or surgery there??
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I’m deciding between Asan and RU! Has anyone had surgery at Asan?ˀ̣
My nose had inflammation, so everything has been removed, and I think there’s still a little inflammation left. Considering that, I feel like Asan might be the right choice, but I’m so torn because I don’t know if the shape will turn out pr
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Can contracture also occur with implant-free autologous costal cartilage?
Just as the title says…..
