The photo was taken about 2 weeks ago, and at that time I had picked at a pimple on the tip of my nose, so there’s a slightly indented wound there. I’m doing really, really well now. I’m enjoying my daily life without thinking about my nose haha Since I’ve had many surgeries, I think the columellar scar can’t really be helped.
