Nose Re-Surgery

Please take a look at my revision rhinoplasty photos...

I had this surgery 10 years ago, and it’s hard to believe, but it’s a 6 mm nose with little visible nasal dorsum. The height is fine to me, but the tip is too bulbous, and after the first rhinoplasty my dad didn’t notice it for several years... So because I want a pretty nasal tip, I tried a consultation today. They said it is hard to change the nostril shape and suggested sending me back saying not to do a revision since the nose is okay. I should do nostril reduction if I choose to be sent back like that, so I’m thinking about it now... maybe I should look for another better place. I think the tip has only had cartilage tying done on the septal cartilage. Height is hard to increase further from here, and with cartilage repositioning plus revision cartilage suturing, can’t we change this bulbous tip at least with a small subtle adjustment??
