I had surgery with silicone and septal cartilage, and it has been a few years since I had my nose implant removed. I’m scared to try making a piggy nose, and maybe because I had cartilage tying, the columella and nasal tip area feels somewhere between soft and firm. Some people say they can do a piggy nose, and others say they can’t, so does that mean not everyone can do a piggy nose?ㅜㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
