I had functional rhinoplasty for the nasal valve, septum, and rhinitis, and unlike my first cosmetic surgery, even after the packing was removed on the second day, both sides of my nose are 100% blockedㅠ They say days 3-4 are when swelling is at its worst, but I can’t even sleep and I seriously feel like I’m going to lose my mind, wow Once this period passes, it’ll gradually open up, right?? Everyone here with experience, please tell me when your nose started to open up
뽀라똘이 I heard it gradually gets more comfortable as the major swelling inside the nose goes down. It does vary from person to person, but I understand that usually after about 1 month, breathing becomes more comfortable

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
