I urgently had the silicone removed because of side effects. After getting a CT scan, thankfully it wasn’t silicone inflammation, but the cartilage at the nasal tip was about to protrude and was irritating the skin at the tip of my nose. Please refer to the photos in my previous post. I hurriedly joined this community and quickly called the well-known removal/reconstruction hospitals here. Among them, two places said it seemed like an emergency and helped me get a consultation quickly.
