It’s about day 5 since my nose surgery, and I used autologous costal cartilage. But my nostrils are really long and look like an 11-shaped electrical outlet. And I basically have no columella at all…… Has anyone had this get okay later after the swelling went down…? Please let me know ㅜㅜ I’m so anxious. Since it’s autologous costal cartilage, I feel like the nasal tip won’t drop either, so I’m worried all my nostrils will show
