It’s about day 5 since my nose surgery, and I used autologous costal cartilage. But my nostrils are really long and look like an 11-shaped electrical outlet. And I basically have no columella at all…… Has anyone had this get okay later after the swelling went down…? Please let me know I’m so anxious. Since it’s autologous costal cartilage, I feel like the nasal tip won’t drop either, so I’m worried all my nostrils will show
