Looking at posts here, I saw that there are often people in this community who are reluctant about Megaderm, so two questions came up. 1 Why do people remove Megaderm? Does Megaderm also possibly cause inflammation? 2 I’m going around for consultations, and a few places recommended Megaderm. I’m worried I’ll feel a sense of loss after removing silicone, so I want to put in Megaderm, but shape is important to me. If it might be worse than not putting it in, I won’t put it in. I can’t choose a hospital because of whether to use Megaderm or not ㅠㅠㅠㅠ Is there anyone here who has seen Megaderm inserted or has experience with it?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
