For reference, I’ve had nose surgery four times. If I do it this time, it’ll be my fifth, so it’s definitely going to involve costal cartilage. With ear cartilage and septal cartilage, my nasal tip kept drooping, and I hated that drooping, so every time I had money, I touched my nose again.. The second time had the prettiest shape, so I should’ve stopped then.. No matter how many times I do my nose, I’m never satisfied, it’s driving me crazy. I’m also the type who scars easily, so if they harvest costal cartilage, I feel like the scar will be awful. They say donor rib cartilage gets absorbed easily ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ If I use costal cartilage, will I finally be able to stop with my nose? Is there anyone who had autologous costal cartilage and has severe scarring? It’s all revision surgeries, so the stress is driving me insane. I’m jealous of everyone who succeeds in one try.
박효빕 Since you have a lot of revision surgery experience, I think you need to choose the clinic carefullyㅜㅜ
tensiko I heard costal cartilage can warp too ㅠ Is it okay if I ask how long it took for your ear cartilage to droop?
첫수끝플리 Ah, I have donor rib cartilage, and I’m worried because it got absorbed ㅠㅠㅠ Only the nasal tip height decreased, so my nose became longer.
지방이냐옹 [@tensiko] The ear cartilage kept drooping from 6 months afterward..... But no one knew I’d had my nose done. I could do a pig nose completely.
지방이냐옹 [@] When I was doing my fourth surgery, I worried a lot over whether to use donor rib cartilage or preserve the septal cartilage before going through with it. But they say donor rib cartilage absorbs quickly, and around me there isn’t anyone with autologous costal cartilage who doesn’t have a scar.. I guess the nose looks prettiest when there’s swelling, so I can’t forget that time.
던킨식혜 What material was used for your nose in the second surgery?

지방이냐옹 [@lampyejini] Everyone here, what is with the length of this comment? I’m touched ㅠㅠㅠ Could you possibly also tell me the clinic information? If it’s uncomfortable, you can skip it.

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I’m deciding between Asan and RU! Has anyone had surgery at Asan?ˀ̣
My nose had inflammation, so everything has been removed, and I think there’s still a little inflammation left. Considering that, I feel like Asan might be the right choice, but I’m so torn because I don’t know if the shape will turn out pr
