I had the columellar support extension completely removed, and the removal was done at the hospital where I had my previous surgery. The reason was discomfort in my nose. They had used both costal cartilage and septal cartilage, and the contraction phase really started loosening up from around months 3-4. I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
